Inspired by the meditative practices developed by pioneers of Analytical Psychology like Carl Jung, DualFlow facilitates a mindful dialogue between your conscious ego and your unconscious.

This is not about multiple personality disorder or anything of that nature. Rather, it’s a meditative act that allows you to explore the duality within yourself.
